- The event is canceled by the event organizer.
- The event is postponed by the event organizer, and the postponement is officially approved.
2. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted via the Platform within 7 working days of the announcement of cancellation or postponement.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during the booking process.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind or personal inability to attend the event.
- Failure to attend due to personal reasons, including but not limited to illness, travel issues, or scheduling conflicts.
- Events that are successfully conducted as scheduled.
4. Processing Time
